Moving to a new phone

Your log moves with an iPhone backup or when you set up a new phone from an old one. You can also export it from Setup › Data › Export backup, and import that file on the new phone.

Help with drinking

GrogLog does not provide medical advice. If you are worried about your drinking, your GP is a good place to start. In England, the NHS lists alcohol support services, and Drinkline is free and confidential on 0300 123 1110. Call 999 in an emergency.
